And a Rant about Costs

I thought you’d like to see some first-draft plans for the barn conversion that will (hopefully) become a guest cottage. These are not at all finalised and the planning application will be delayed for some time, I’ll explain why in a second. But, while we wait we can check over these plans carefully. Let me know if you spot any potential problems.

Firstly, let me share these plans and then you’ll have to bear with me while I have a little rant about the cost of things.
